Culture in the Old Paper Mill When the old paper mill closed in 2000, an important chapter of Silkeborg’s history was completed.
It was simultaneously launching a new development of the area around the harbor.
Besides a number of companies who have chosen to settle in the old renovated factory buildings, is also a strip of cultural offerings that have made the area a dynamic, contemporary and living area.
