The phone and reception are open

from 08.00 to 11.00
and from 16.00 to 18.00

every day, but we can often be found outside these times - especially in the high season. So you are always welcome to call or write.

Some Sundays we might close at 11.00 and in our low season self-check-in and check-out may occur.

Earlier arrival / later departure

Late arrival is possible. If you arrive outside the reception's opening hours, please contact us on the day of arrival. Then you get a code for a box in which we put your keys.

Requests for earlier arrival or later departure can be agreed upon for an extra payment, if this is an option in relation to other bookings.

Opholdet kan annulleres frem til 7 dage før ankomst med tilbagebetaling af hele beløbet dog fratrukket kr. 200.00 i administrationsgebyr pr. bestilt værelse.

Ved senere afbestilling betaler gæsten det fulde beløb. Afbestilling skal ske skriftlig via mail  [email protected]

When booking via 3rd party portals, you must contact the booking site where you made the booking.

Bookings made as Non Ref / Last Minute / Low budget cannot be changed / refunded.

Paid reservation fee of 25% of the stay is not refunded in case of cancellation.

If canceled less than 3 months before arrival, 50% of the full amount is paid.

If canceled less than 1 months before arrival, 100% of the full amount is paid.

The number of people can be adjusted +/- 2 people up to 14 days before arrival.

Please always cancel in writing - also in the event of a change in the number of people.

Cancellation means cancellation, relocation and similar significant changes in relation to the booking.
