Cancellation conditions
for individuals / families
The stay can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival with a refund of the entire amount, minus DKK 200.00 in administration fee per booked room. In case of later cancellation, the guest pays the full amount. Cancellation must be made in writing via email [email protected]
When booking via 3rd party portals, you must contact the booking site where you made the booking.
Bookings made as Non Ref / Last Minute / Low budget cannot be changed / refunded.

The package can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival with a refund of the entire amount, however, minus DKK 1,000.00 in administration fee per booked room. In case of later cancellation, the guest pays the full amount. Cancellation must be made in writing via email [email protected]
